It all started with the rising cost of fuel. No one paid much attention until it spiraled past $200 a barrell. Iowa's already depleted corn crops were destroyed by the floods. Biodiesel became almost non-existing. Along with the floods came two major hurricanes that destroyed most of the ports in Louisiana sinking several ships filled with oil from the middle east. At that point gas went up to almost $10 a gallon overnight. People started panicking, truckers went on strike the great American machine came to a screeching halt. The powers that be talked and bargained, but in the end could not settle on an agreement. Senator Obama made it into office and promised change. Things started looking up for a couple of months until he was assasinated. Hillary Clinton took office, and attempted to bring an order to the chaos. Mass rioting filled the streets all over the U.S. It was Russia and China that threw the first blow.
